Reverend Terrance D. Morrison serves as Pastor of Grace Baptist Church, leading with dedication, compassion, and a heart for people. He is committed to spiritual growth, pastoral care, and building an inclusive community.

​Pastor Morrison holds a Certificate in Theology and Ministry from Princeton Theological Seminary, a Bachelor of Divinity from Christian Leaders Institute, and a Master of Legal Studies in Church & Ministry Management from Trinity Law School. Pastor Morrison is currently matriculated in the Doctor of Ministry in Pastoral Care and Spiritual Formation program at Berkley School of Theology.

This advanced course of study reflects his ongoing commitment to growing as a pastor and servant leader, equipping him to serve the people of God with greater depth, wisdom, and compassion. He was ordained through the Bethany Baptist Association in 2012.

With extensive experience across all areas of church ministry, Pastor Morrison is skilled in preaching, teaching, counseling, community outreach, and worship production. He excels in developing ministry teams and leveraging technology to expand the church's reach.

A dedicated community servant, Pastor Morrison is a proud recipient of the NAACP Religion and Faith-Based Award, reflecting his commitment to faith-driven community engagement.

Pastor Morrison and his wife Carla have been married since 2002. They have four children — daughter Chantel "Pearl" and sons TJ, Christian, and Tyler. The family resides in Burlington, NJ, where he remains steadfast in serving God with excellence, integrity, and love.

Lady Carla was born and raised in Burlington Township, New Jersey. After graduating from Burlington Township High School, she attended the Art Institute of Philadelphia, where she met her husband and the love of her life, Terrance.
Upon graduation, Carla launched a successful 20-year career in banking and finance, which included managing bank branches as well as obtaining her Life Insurance, Series 6, and Series 63 investment licenses.
 
As visionary entrepreneurs, she and her husband became some of the youngest African American Subway franchisees, successfully acquiring, scaling, and selling a location in Delran, New Jersey. Driven by her passion for community and service, she also founded Soccer Mom Transportation - a children’s transportation company and co-founded HOPE Academy Preschool in Westampton, New Jersey.
 
Following the sale of the preschool in February 2020, Carla joined the New Jersey Economic Development Authority. As a Program Manager for outreach and engagement, she now leads a dedicated team specializing in small business support. She further extends her business expertise as a realtor specializing in commercial real estate & development. Demonstrating her creative talents, Lady Carla co-wrote, produced, and directed the stage play and film, "First Lady."
Carla holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Finance from Rutgers University and a Master of Legal Studies with a concentration in contracts and negotiations from Trinity Law School.
 
Above all her professional achievements, she and her husband are the deeply blessed parents of Chantel “Pearl,” TJ, Christian, and Tyler; parents-in-love to Kristoff; and grandparents of Koby Brielle, Jordyn Love, and Skylar Rose.
 
Carla’s wears many hats in ministry, but considers her first ministry her husband and her family.
